CEREMONY

Please note that the ceremony will take place in a Catholic church, so we kindly ask guests to bring a shawl or cover-up for their shoulders.

Additionally, part of the event will take place on cobblestone surfaces, so ladies may wish to choose footwear that is both elegant and suitable for walking comfortably.

WEDDING RECEPTION

-Black Tie-

Our wedding dress code is traditional black tie in an 11th-century castle. For gentlemen, this means a tuxedo or formal evening wear (black).

For ladies, this means formal floor-length or long gowns/dresses.

Because the setting is so formal and timeless, we kindly ask gentlemen to wear tuxedos so the overall atmosphere—and our photos—feel cohesive. We are envisioning a classic, elegant black-tie evening and truly appreciate everyone helping us set that tone.

WELCOME DINNER FOR THE AMERICAN GUESTS

-Cocktail Attire with a Dolce Vita touch!-

The night before will be cocktail attire—dressy but less formal, inspired to La Dolce Vita style. Jackets, suits, or collared shirts for men, and cocktail or elegant short, midi, or long dresses for women are perfect.

La cerimonia si terrà in una chiesa, pertanto chiediamo cortesemente agli ospiti di portare uno scialle o una copertura per le spalle.

Inoltre, una parte dell’evento si svolgerà su pavimentazione in ciottoli, quindi consigliamo alle signore di scegliere calzature eleganti ma adatte a camminare comodamente.

RICEVIMENTO

— Abbigliamento formale da sera —

Il matrimonio si svolgerà in un castello dell’XI secolo. Agli uomini chiediamo voler indossare uno smoking o un abito formale di colore scuro, adatto alla sera.

Alle signore, invece, chiediamo di indossare abiti lunghi o da sera formali.

Poiché l’ambientazione sarà particolarmente classica e senza tempo, desideriamo mantenere un' atmosfera generale elegante e formale, in modo tale che anche le fotografie risultino armoniose e coerenti.
