Our Wedding

Julianna and Carlos’ story began back in 2011 when Julianna walked into Carlos’ pizzeria looking for her first job. She was hired on the spot, however life had other plans. Their paths drifted apart, but many years later would cross again in a much bigger way.In the summer of 2015, both were unknowingly starting new chapters and seeking companionship, which they had each found in puppies that were born just three days apart. They never imagined that these two separate families would soon become one.Venice Dog Beach quickly became a favorite place for both, Julianna bringing energetic Kai, and Carlos working to socialize Kingston. Though they had not yet reconnected, their social media posts from the dog beach eventually brought them together. In December of 2015, the four of them finally met on the sands of Venice Beach, a day that changed everything. The connection was instant. Even a friend whispered to Julianna that day, “You’re going to marry him.”Within a month, they were officially together and soon began sharing their lives, meeting each other's families, traveling, and creating memories that would shape the foundation of their relationship. From that first day on the beach forward, they were inseparable.By 2023, they had created a home together, their careers were thriving, and their family was complete. It was the perfect time for the next step. Carlos had planned to propose during an upcoming trip to Italy, but at the last moment, chose a place far more meaningful to them - Siesta Key, where their story began and where Julianna had grown up. During a beautiful sunset at Shell Beach, with a friend secretly capturing the moment, Carlos asked Julianna to marry him, and she said yes. Just days later, they left for Italy as a newly engaged couple.While in Italy, they attended a breathtaking family wedding that sparked a dream of their own celebration abroad. After more visits and falling deeper in love with the country and its culture, they chose Italy, a place that had become one of their favorite destinations and a symbol of their shared adventures.Everyone’s journey is unique, and to Julianna and Carlos, theirs has been beautiful, filled with growth, love, challenges, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Over the past ten years, they have built an unbreakable bond and a life surrounded by family and friends who mean the world to them. Carlos aveva programmato di chiederle di sposarlo durante un imminente viaggio in Italia, ma all'ultimo momento ha scelto un luogo molto più significativo per loro: Siesta Key, dove era iniziata la loro storia e dove Julianna era cresciuta. Durante un bellissimo tramonto a Shell Beach, con un amico che immortalava segretamente il momento, Carlos ha chiesto a Julianna di sposarlo e lei ha detto di sì. Pochi giorni dopo, sono partiti per l'Italia come coppia di fidanzati.Durante il soggiorno in Italia, hanno partecipato a un matrimonio di famiglia mozzafiato che ha acceso in loro il sogno di una propria celebrazione all'estero. Dopo ulteriori visite e dopo essersi innamorati ancora di più del paese e della sua cultura, hanno scelto l'Italia, un luogo che era diventato una delle loro destinazioni preferite e un simbolo delle loro avventure condivise.Il percorso di ognuno è unico, e per Julianna e Carlos il loro è stato bellissimo, pieno di crescita, amore, sfide, risate e momenti indimenticabili. Negli ultimi dieci anni hanno costruito un legame indissolubile e una vita circondati da familiari e amici che significano tutto per loro. Sono infinitamente grati per ogni passo che li ha portati qui e sono onorati di celebrare questo nuovo capitolo insieme, come marito e moglie, con tutti voi.

- GETTING TO CASERTA - We recognize that this is quite a journey for many of our guests, and we truly appreciate the time and effort it takes to travel and celebrate with us. For guests traveling from the United States,the most convenient airport to fly into is Naples International Airport (NAP), which is approximately 40 minutes from Caserta. From the airport, we can help you to book a private transfer by car, or you can share a collective shuttle with other guests arriving at your same time. If you prefer a train, you need to take a taxi or a bus to Napoli Centrale train Station (about 20 minutes), then a train to Caserta. You can also fly into Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO). From there, the journey to the area takes approximately 3 hours.
